About Us
ARKAsia (formerly AngloAsia) is an international Asian server for English-speaking players. We're perfect for players who love ARK, enjoy PvP and challenge, but don't have the time to treat ARK like a second job. We build/tame on weekdays and battle on weekends.
Server Settings
We've slightly reduced the taming grind while still keeping the game realistic. We also enjoy challenge, though, so the server's dinosaurs are twice as deadly and weekends are full-on PvP mode. ARK will feel like a true survival game again!
PvP Hours: Fri 78M - Sun Midnight
3x Tame Speed, 3x Hatch Speed, 3x Mature Rate
2x EXP Gain, ½ Player Food Drain
2x Wild Dino Damage (Greater Challenge)
NO 3rd-Party Mods
Server Rules
1. No Foundation/Pillar/Gate Spamming
2. No Building on Mountaintops or in Caves/Sea Caves (blocks resource spawns)
3. No Aggressive Acts/Griefing During PvE Hours (includes the following)
* Dropping Wild Dinos from Flyers
* Dropping Players from Flyers
* Flyer Carrying Players without Permission
* Trapping/Jailing Players
* Leading Wild Dinos (Esp Alphas/Gigas) to Bases
* Attacking KO'ed Tames
* Stealing/Robbery
* Entering Base Buildings without Permission
* Blocking Players from Expanding their Bases
Put simply: PvP is PvP. PvE is PvE.
Offline Raiding (Updated Feb 2016)
Offline raiding IS allowed, but the Administrators reserve the right to restore a small amount of resources/dinos/structures to the victims of offline raids on the next Monday after Weekend PvP ends.
Restoration due to offline raiding is NOT a guarantee or an entitlement and is performed solely at the discretion of the Administrators. The best defense against offline raids is good base construction and defending your base during peak PvP hours.
Server Management
Our server is professionally hosted in a Singapore data center with good global ping. Our admins are both mature working professionals in their 30s.
